About me
I am D.J. Moore, a legal professional, Army veteran, author, and entrepreneur committed to advocacy, service, and creating meaningful opportunities for others. My professional journey has been shaped by a strong belief that knowledge, persistence, and strategic action can change the trajectory of a person's life.
I earned my Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law and have built experience across legal services, indigent defense, investigations, and client advocacy. My work has included assisting individuals navigating complex legal and financial challenges, conducting investigations, and advocating for people who often face significant barriers within the justice system. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to fairness, accountability, and practical problem-solving.
Before entering the legal profession, I served in the United States Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan. My military experience taught me discipline, resilience, leadership, and the importance of remaining mission-focused when circumstances are difficult. Those principles continue to influence how I approach my professional and personal goals.
I am also the author of Conquer Today, Rule Tomorrow: Mind Your Vision, a work centered on personal growth, discipline, and the importance of developing a clear vision for the future. Through my entrepreneurial work with Moore Legal Work, I seek to combine my legal knowledge, professional experience, and commitment to service to help individuals and organizations navigate challenges and pursue meaningful progress.
